I tried to enter through a locked door so, yes, my first time at Spencer's. When I found the entrance, I was greeted and was meeting a buddy there. The server was hospitable and very friendly. Definitely a diner, counter and all the signage gives a very down-home feel to it and to my surprise, a full house on a Friday morning. I had the border skillet. Bring your appetite because the portions are generous. I believe it's 2 eggs with peppers, mushrooms, tri tip pieces and diced hot link. I had the biscuit and gravy with it, any good breakfast has decent biscuits and gravy. The biscuit is as as big as a cats head, flakey and buttery. The gravy was perfect, not overwhelmingly salty like most places plus, had plenty of country flavor. Customer service is big to me and this place has it. Definitely won't be my last time here, especially since it isn't far at all from my gym.

My chile verde skillet is my go to all the time anything chile verde is really good definitely recommend this place

As you walk in you are always greeted by not only the hostess but many waitresses. They are always busy, sometimes you do have to wait but it's never long. It doesn't matter what you order breakfast or lunch you can't go wrong. If you are by yourself or with a big party they can accommodate you. They also have patio seating. The food and service is always great! My best waitress there is a young lady named Allison. Lol!

We arrived with a party of 8 on a Saturday morning. The wait was reasonable as it only took maybe 5 minutes in their front heated patio. We were seated in a side room and the service was great. The room was a great temperature. Our food camp quickly. The steaks in our order were all over cooked (both ordered medium but we were well done). Everything tasted great. Drinks refilled quickly.

Want to have a food coma??? This is the place for some homegrown comfort breakfast/lunch food. This place never disappoints. The servers will always keep your coffee cup full. They smile and are always so courteous. This place is home away from home. The ambiance is like a room full of stories, smiles, laughter, warmth, and comfort. This is my family's go-to breakfast spot.

Food here was great and for being so busy the service was still quick. The lumberjack was great but the bacon was a little salty. The waffle in the combo was a little bland which was surprising because the pancakes were so good. The best part were the potatoes, soft inside and crispy outside. We'll definitely be back.

This is one of my favorite breakfast places in town. I've been going here with my mom so long that they know our order without us having to say it. Even when I come in with the hubby, they ask how my mom is. I personally love the Swedish breakfast. You get potatoes (I like country style) eggs, bacon and sausage, and Swedish pancakes. You can get strawberry or Marion berry or one of each which is what I do. The pancakes are thinner like a crepe and rolled up. So good! The place is quirky with funny signs everywhere but also cozy. Farah is my favorite sever. They are all great though and make you feel welcome.

It was my first time visiting spencers café. Let me start off by saying that it was consistently full. I arrived just after 7 AM and I got one of the last tables. The entire time that I was at this establishment the tables were consistently being filled With new customers. The staff was very welcoming we were seated quickly and given our menus and our drinks arrived in a timely manner. There are plenty of breakfast options on the menu including vegetarian options. I ordered the combination skillet which came with a side of toast or biscuits and gravy. I chose the biscuits and gravy and was definitely glad I did. My combination skillet was a very hefty portion it came with my choice of two eggs on top I went with scrambled it was full of flavor had plenty of meat and potatoes and definitely left me feeling full. My wife on the other hand ordered the Santa Barbara omelette she only ate half of it Because if it's hardy portion size the only complaint that she had was that the tomatoes that they used inside of the omelette were a bit sour and could have possibly been going bad. She's not one to return food to the kitchen so she simply just picked them out of her omelette and enjoy the rest of it. Wasn't a big deal but a little bit of an inconvenience she probably will not order that again.
